The base resin resulting from extensive research and development by Natureworks is THE Ingeo grade specially and uniquely designed for 3D printing, combined with the technicality and manufacturing know-how of ARIANEPLAST, PLA Ingeo 3D870 is the best there is for 3D printing, stronger than ABS, specially developed for demanding technical applications!

The recommended temperature range is 210 to 230°C, because Ingeo 3D870 ARIANEPLAST PLA is more heat resistant than standard or HD PLA, moreover at higher temperatures the interlayer bonding of this filament is done at perfection, it also has a better aesthetic rendering of colors.
In terms of printing speed, numerous tests have been carried out and one of the specificities of the PLA Ingeo 3D870 is there because prints at 140mm/s have been made giving impressive quality results even in the smallest details. finer!
The PLA grade Ingeo 3D870 from Natureworks can be annealed offering significant advantages in terms of resistance to impact, heat (85°C after annealing), torsion, pressure, stretching, etc.< /p>
However, annealing requires good knowledge on this subject and is reserved for experienced Makers; it is not carried out haphazardly, at the risk of deforming the 3D printed objects or losing the dimensional stability of the part.
Annealing is done in an oven. You must ensure that it does not burn and that it never exceeds its crystallization point, i.e. the moment when it begins to deform.
The optimal temperature will depend on your oven, you will have to experiment but the secret is to heat a little but for a long time rather than the opposite.

- Standard nozzle

Le meilleur PLA pour obtenir une pièce avec de bonnes caractéristiques mécaniques et une bonne tenue à la température. Très facile à imprimer. Couleur vraiment sympa ! Arianeplast : pouvez-vous créer de nouvelles couleurs pour ce PLA 3D870 (gris clair surtout...)?
