My Account

How to create an account Arianeplast ? ?

The registration on our site is necessary to be able to place a 3D filament order. To do this, just click on "account" at the top right of the screen, and then fill in the field under "Create an account". Inform your email address and validate. Then fill in all the required fields and accept the GTCs and then finalize your registration.

I can't connect

If you cannot log in to your account, we invite you to check that your information is up to date. In case of non-existent email address, do not hesitate to contact us. If your password is not the right one, you can request a password generated automatically by email.

Change my password

To change your password, go to your space, select your personal information and then, after you have entered your current password, you can set a new one.

Edit my email address

You can change your email address by changing your personal information in your customer account Arianeplast.

Find an old invoice

Looking for an invoice from one of your old orders? Find them in your command historyspace.

What is your data management policy ?

All the data you entrust to us are stored in order to process your orders. Under Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on computer science, files and freedoms, you have the right to rectify, consult, modify and delete the data you have communicated to us. This right may also be exercised online or by e-mail to arianeplast@outlook.com

Unsubscribe from the Newsletter

It's quite possible, in order not to receive any more promotions on our 3D filaments, you need to click on "unsubscribe" at the foot of the email you received. You can also make this request by e-mail to arianeplast@outlook.com.

I want to change my personal information

To modify your personal information, go to your account > your personal information > you can then modify your information.

I want to delete my account

If you wish to completely delete your account and your information from our website, we invite you to contact us by email (arianeplast@outlook.com).

Orders

How do I track my package ?

When your parcel is ready to be shipped, you will receive the tracking number by email and SMS, and you will be able to track its progress in real time on the carrier's website.

What are the deadlines for sending ?

Our shipping times depend on the selected carrier when placing your order: GLS > 48h (working day). Chronopost: 24 hours (working day).

Attention, the time limit for delivery is given as an indication, the latter does not guarantee to receive the product on that date.

Where are you delivering ?

We deliver throughout mainland France, Belgium and all member countries of the European Union.

My parcel not received, lost, or arrived damaged

If your parcel is not received, we ask you to send us a declaration of honour and a photocopy of your CNI to the following e-mail address: arianeplast@outlook.com so that we can file a complaint with our carrier.

In case of lost parcels, the return of the products will be done at our expense, provided that the loss of the parcel is confirmed by the carrier. In case of damaged parcels, according to Article 105 of the Code of Commerce, we remind you that if your goods arrive damaged, you must send to the carrier a registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt within 3 days from the date of delivery; Make sure that your reservations indicate well on the receipt slip "Contaminated and unusable cargo car damaged"

I forgot a product in my order, how to add it ?

If you wish to add a product to your order before you receive the shipping notification, we invite you to make a new order and cancel the previous one.

I got the wrong delivery address, how can I change it ?

If the given delivery address is not the correct one, you can always contact us by email (arianeplast@outlook.com) or by telephone before receiving the shipping notification so that your address can be changed.

If the shipping notification has already been sent, we invite you to contact the carrier to change the delivery address.

If the package has already been returned to the sender, we will then have to modify the new delivery costs

I wish to cancel my order

We can still cancel your order without charge before sending the shipping notification. To do so, please contact us by email (arianeplast@outlook.com) or by telephone. However, if the shipping notification has already been sent, the shipping costs will still be charged.

What are the methods of payment ?

You can order your 3D filament coils using the following payment methods: Bank Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer, Bitcoin or Via Chorus Administrative Mandate for public institutions.

Can we pay in several times ?

Thanks to Paypal, we offer 4x payment free of charge. Only valid for orders between 30€ and 2000€ incl. See Paypal Terms and Conditions.

Why doesn't my code work ?

There are several reasons to make it better. Your promotional code may be expired or already used.

My order has arrived incomplete

If a product is missing in your order, we invite you to contact us by email (arianeplast@outlook.com) or by telephone at 03 72 66 01 47.

I want to return one or more articles, how do I do it ?

Returning items that are not suitable are at the buyer's expense. You can absolutely return us an item still vacuum packed and in its original carton, you will then be refunded the TTC rate of the item(s) returned.

Can I exchange an article ?

If you wish to exchange an item you have just received, you can contact us by email (arianeplast@outlook.com) or by telephone at 03 72 66 01 47. Please specify the product you wish to replace. In this case, we do not pay the return costs, but we will send you the new product.

My Impressions

I can't get to print correct

If you encounter printing difficulties, we invite you to review your print settings first. Depending on your machine, your slicing software or even the room settings you want print may alter the rendering of your 3D printing. We invite you to first install a new original profile for your 3D Printer and test the stl file provided with your machine. The quality of a 3D printing depending on many factors, we also invite you to read our 3D printing fault guide to know all the subtleties of your machine setting.

My nozzle has been blocked

If you encounter a problem with nozzle As often happens when printing PLA, we advise you to review the following points:

- Install a new original profile for your 3D Printer
- Check for extruder calibration
- Print slower (30-40mm/s)
- Check the condition of the PTFE tube in the printer's Heat Break (in case of Heat Break all metal, contact the printer manufacturer)
- Check the head cooling fan
- Check the clamping of the extruder pinion

The diameter of my filament is out of tolerance

The diameter of our filament is controlled by a laser system, which is why our tolerance threshold is +/- 0.03mm. However, if you encounter a diameter problem, we invite you to check with calibrated measuring tools, and in the event that an excess is noted, we ask you to send us samples of the diameter by post filament 3D out-tolerance (attention: filament already passed in the extruder of your machine can not be taken into account) so that we can analyze and see the problem.

The filament of my spool is tangled

Often many users encounter this problem, it can come from different points:

- At the opening of the spool, care must be taken not to cross the filament when it is first detached from the spool
- Do not release the filament 3D when you manipulate the spool, because of the shape memory and its spring effect
- Horizontal diggers are to be prohibited because if upper turns relax and fall on those at the bottom, this can create overlap
- Care must always be taken not to relax filament on the spool and to secure the filament after use

Be careful, in no case may this problem occur when winding filament in production.
