Swapmod turns your Bambu Lab A1 mini or A2L into a small print farm: when a print finishes, the plate is ejected and a fresh one is loaded. No drilling, no electronics.
1. What you need
- A1 mini: 2+ build plates, about 450 g PLA and 100 g PETG, 10 magnets Ø10×3 mm, M3×8 ISO 7380 screws (5 + 1 per plate).
- A2L: 2+ build plates (up to 8 recommended), about 900 g PLA and 300 g PETG, 10 magnets Ø10×3 mm (N45), M3×8 ISO 7380 screws (15 + 4 per plate).
- Standard PLA and PETG, 0.4 mm nozzle; avoid silk, matte, carbon or glass filled filaments.
2. Activate your code
Open the “Activate” link in our e-mail (the code is also in your order history). If the code is not applied, add the STL Edition (DOWNLOAD) product to the cart on swap-systems.com and enter the code at checkout: the total drops to 0. Create your Swap-Systems account and confirm the free order.
3. Download, print, assemble
Download the 3MF from My account › Downloads, print it with Bambu Studio or Orca Slicer, then follow the video guide. Official guides: A1 mini, A2L.
4. Self-test and first queue
Print the self-test file, then build your queue with the swaplist web app from your Swap-Systems account.
