3d Filament Petg Arianeplast
The filament 3D in PETG, also called T-Glass (Tough Glass = resistant glass), is a filament with many interesting characteristics including translucency and resistance.
It is made from the PETG material (polyethylene glycolized terephthalate) which is a derivative of the PET used in particular in the manufacture of bottles of water, containers for dishwashing liquids, etc ...
It is equipped with very good optical properties and the smell is neutral, so easy to use for 3D printing.
The PETG complies with RoHS and REACH environmental standards: European Regulation EU No. 453/2010 - Annex II (registration, evaluation and authorization of chemical substances + restrictions applicable to these substances); European Regulation EU No. 1907/2006 (regulations / legislation specific to the substance or mixture in terms of safety, health and environment).
Recommended print settings :
• temperature of 220 ° C to 250 ° C (recommendation at 245 ° C);
• heatbed necessary 60/80 ° C;
• Recommended print speed 30-50mm / s;
• Vitreous transition temperature 80 ° C;
• Specific density> 1.29g / cm³;
• 75/100% fan cooling for a better aesthetic point of view and a minimum cooling for better mechanical performance.
Further information :
• Bright material;
• good resistance to shocks and impact;
• good thermal stability;
• good inter-layers adhesion;
Print with this type of filament Guaranteed excellent results for everyday objects (kitchen, decoration, etc ...), or parts for the industry (molds, pieces for windows, etc ...).
