Load your STL file, choose your 3D printer, and download the model cut into parts that fit your build volume. Everything is computed in your browser: your file is never uploaded. Customers with an order in the last 3 months also get connectors, part numbering and an assembly plan.
How does it work?
1. Drop your STL. 2. Set the size you want (uniform scale). 3. Pick your printer or type your build volume; the tool computes the grid with the fewest parts, rotating the model if useful. 4. Cut, then download a ZIP with one STL per part, laid flat on the bed, plus a readme listing the parts.
Parts are labelled by layer (A, B, C… from the bottom) and cell number. Glue the parts of each layer, then stack the layers. For a strong bond on PLA, use cyanoacrylate or epoxy; for PETG, epoxy.
Customers with an order in the last 3 months also get connectors between parts (cylindrical or bevelled pegs, or separate dowels, 0.4 mm clearance and a glue pocket), "ARIANEPLAST" and each part label engraved on a hidden cut face, and an assembly plan PDF (exploded view, per-layer views, part list) inside the ZIP.
