3D Filaments laser marking
The filament laser marking is an exclusive made in our workshop. It offers the possibility to make very accurate markings with excellent stability over time on all your printed parts. From industry traceability code to decorative marking for communication and marketing objects, the possibilities are limited only by your imagination! Compatible with most market printers such as Flashforge, Dreamer, Printrbot, Witbox, Makerbot, Spiderbot, Dagoma or even Reprap. It does not require a heating tray to be printed. In order to perform the marking under the best conditions you need to have a 1064nm long-wave fiber laser that is widely used in marking advertising objects, the frequency can vary from 20 to 30 kHZ. By varying the power setting from 4 to 20w and speed from 500 to 1000 mm/s, it is possible to obtain a lighter or darker marking. Technical specification: ROHS Certified Compatible with the majority of 3D printers Printing temperature: 185 to 230°c For use with a fiber marking laser: 1064nm 20 to 30 kHz 4 to 20 W. Speed from 500 to 1000 mm/s ATTENTION, THIS FILAMENT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH LASER DECOUPEUSES, AT THE RISK OF DETERIORING THE PRINTED PIECE.
