ARIANEPLAST, strong in the quality of its PETG, after extensive development and testing focused on this new reinforced material, offers you the extremely resistant PETG CARBONE based on our high quality PETG resin and a clever blend of 20% high-end carbon fiber specially designed for 3D printing.
The fields of application are very vast, both professional and private, such as mechanics, automobiles, aerospace, medical, paramedical, wheelchairs...just like model making, cycling, sport, mechanical assemblies, spare parts, etc.…thanks to its high quality!
Developed and MANUFACTURED IN FRANCE in our workshops, PETG CARBON ARIANEPLAST guarantees you:
- An excellent inter-layer bond which will give you solid, resistant, clean prints.
- Very good dimensional compliance, without warping, with a matt and slightly rough effect (due to the carbon).
- No delamination.
- A tensile strength much higher than the standard: 76Mpa.
- A bending strength of 176Mpa.
- Extremely flexible 6.2 GPA module.
- Very good resistance to deformation with an elongation at break of 7.5%.
- A density of 1.35 g/cm3.
- Increased chemical resistance.
- Low moisture absorption rate (e.g. 3 times lower than ABS!).
- Very faint odor when printed.
- Compatible with many 3D printers (make sure the heating capacity of your machine).
(Values and data that you will find in the material technical sheet free to download above)
All these values that we have developed, offer you with our PETG CARBONE ARIANEPLAST a very high quality, reinforced, high resistance material with always a possible post-treatment solution.
The printed parts are very robust and can be sanded and/or worked with standard post-printing processes. However, be careful when sanding, wear the necessary equipment to protect yourself from the risk of irritation to the skin, eyes and respiratory tract.
Extrusion advice for PETG CARBON ARIANEPLAST:
